Terms of use

The AMRTP platform (website and AMRTP Compare+ mobile app) provides a tool for comparing telecom offers in Mali, for public information and regulatory support.

The service is free of charge for users of the public comparator.

By accessing or using the platform, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Rankings and offer sheets are provided for information based on available catalogues and data. They do not constitute a commercial offer by AMRTP nor a contractual commitment toward any operator.

Subscription to an offer is made exclusively with the relevant operator under its own terms. Prices, volumes and promotions may change; despite regular monitoring, temporary discrepancies with an operator's live offer may occur.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to compromise its security, availability or integrity (unauthorised access, abusive load, unauthorised large-scale automated extraction, etc.).

The comparator applies a published scoring methodology. No operator can buy a better position in the ranking. AMRTP receives no commission on subscriptions made outside the platform.

Platform content, trademarks, logos, interfaces and software elements are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction or reuse is prohibited, except for personal consultation or use expressly authorised by AMRTP.

AMRTP endeavours to ensure the availability and quality of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, AMRTP shall not be liable for purchase or subscription decisions made solely on the basis of comparator results, nor for damage arising from temporary unavailability.

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy available on this same platform.

AMRTP may amend these terms. The applicable version is the one published on the website, with the update date indicated.
